As follows is a list of second mortgages stripped or eliminated during the period of April 1, 2011 through April 15, 2011. These mortgages were stripped through chapter 13 bankruptcies filed by OlsenDaines allowing families to keep their home by only having to continue payments on the first mortgage.
In most of these cases a foreclosure was stopped and the family given up to five years to catch up on the missed first mortgage payments.
